Step 1 - Plan The Perfect Site

Topic 1: Getting Started

To create the perfect website for your client it’s best to find a common ground on what both you and the client agree is the best choice when creating a site. Going into a project where both parties are unsure of what they want or aren’t giving clear communication can lead to producing an improper site that is unprofessional and unreadable. It’s wise to have plenty of time to plan in order to have enough time to not be overwhelmed. It’s also best to find a reasonable middle ground in terms of planning that leaves you with enough ideas but not too much that you’re left with information overload.

Topic 2: User-Defined

After the planning and meetings are all sorted out, you and the client should have enough information and data used to create the perfect site. The next step is to then find people who will be consuming the information and data on the final version of this site. this site. Creating studies and setting up surveys is the most efficient strategy in gaining this information. Prior research about future clients is a necessary job as it allows you to gain information, so no assumptions are made about the testers. This also allows you to know what will work to gain the advantage against the competitors as well.

Topic 3: Wireframe

When it comes to the design aspect of web design, Wireframing is a key tool as it’s essentially the blueprint for making your perfect website. It’s also a helpful tool to communicate to figure out if there are any issues that could be around before it goes into the final design phase. It also allows the client to see the bigger picture of the site and its design rather than worry about things such as hierarchy and page layout.
